A Certified Holistic Aromatherapist since 1998, she has created over 100,000 formulations distributed through more than 400 retail locations worldwide. Her innovative approach combines traditional healing wisdom with modern therapeutic applications, earning multiple industry awards. Major John Gregory Soule, RN, BSN, CCEMT-P (ret)

Major John Gregory Soule brings 28 years of military service and three decades of medical expertise to Mil-Spec Formulas. His distinguished career includes active duty in the Marine Corps, where he served in Operation Desert Storm, followed by service in the Air National Guard as a Flight Nurse. A retired officer with experience across multiple service branches, John combines his unique military background with extensive medical training to bridge the gap between traditional military service and holistic wellness solutions.

Major John Gregory Soule brings an extraordinary blend of military service and medical expertise to his role as co-founder of Mil-Spec Formulas. His 28-year military career spans both active duty in the Marine Corps and service in the Air National Guard, complemented by over three decades of experience in emergency and critical care medicine.
Beginning his journey as an Honor Graduate from Parris Island in 1984, John’s Marine Corps service included combat deployments in Operation Praying Mantis and Operation Desert Storm, where he served in various leadership roles from Rifle Squad Leader to Platoon Sergeant. His transition to the North Carolina Air National Guard in 2001 saw him excel as both an Aerospace Maintenance Craftsman and later as a Flight Nurse, earning his commission as an Honor Graduate from Officers Training School.
John’s medical career parallels his military service, beginning with his honor graduate status from Asheville-Buncombe Technical Community College’s Emergency Medical Science program. He further advanced his expertise through the University of Maryland’s Critical Care Paramedic Program and later earned his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Winston-Salem State University as an honor graduate.
His unique perspective bridges multiple service branches and roles, from enlisted to officer ranks, making him exceptionally qualified to understand the diverse challenges faced by military personnel. Now retired from active service, John dedicates himself to supporting fellow service members, veterans, and their families through Mil-Spec Formulas’ innovative wellness solutions.

Building Bridges.
As a result of his lengthy and dynamic career, John is uniquely qualified to understand the rigors of service across a broad spectrum that includes almost every branch of military service. Serving as part of the ground combat arm of the Marines often called for a taste of Navy life as he accumulated 18 months of living aboard a ship alongside sailors at sea. In addition, one particular assignment with the Air Force saw him embedded as an Army liaison officer and working side-by-side with the soldiers. Furthermore, as a Sergeant in both the Marines and later in the Air Guard, when he left the enlisted ranks and commissioned as an officer he was further able to build a bridge between the two distinctly different cultures. Now retired and back to civilian life, John is now in a position to bridge between those still serving, and those who have served our nation with honor.
